Education & Qualifications
You have completed relevant professional training and have basic commercial knowledge. Further training as a dangerous goods or export officer is a plus.
Expertise in shipping and export
You are familiar with shipping processing, especially in the export sector. You are confident in working with the relevant shipping and export documents.
IT & software skills
You are experienced in using SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Windows and are familiar with standard sales software.
Personal skills
You are a team player and bring cooperation, reliability, and a structured approach to your work.
Additional qualifications
Knowledge of hazardous goods and exports is your strength—you have already completed further training as a hazardous goods officer and export officer, or you are interested in developing your skills in this area. Perfect!

Shipping processing & documentation
Preparation and processing of all relevant shipping documents such as delivery notes, export accompanying documents (AE), and bills of lading to ensure smooth shipment of goods.
Freight management & scheduling
Calculation and verification of freight costs as well as independent organization and scheduling of truck transports for on-time delivery.
Goods issue & quality assurance
Checking outgoing goods for completeness, accuracy, and quality, including sending letters.
Customs & Certificates of Origin
Preparation and administration of declarations of origin to ensure compliance with customs regulations and export requirements.
Administrative tasks & system maintenance
Management of pallet accounts and recording and maintenance of relevant data in the ERP system (e.g., SAP) for complete documentation and traceability.
