You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training as an industrial foreman or technician. Alternatively, you have a BA/MA in a relevant technical field.
Practical experience in the metal sector, ideally in steel or apparatus construction, characterises you.
You have extensive knowledge of project management and process documentation. Your familiarity with MS Office programmes will make your day-to-day work easier. Experience with SAP is an additional plus.

You will actively shape our projects by working closely with sales, purchasing, work preparation and design. Your role is central to the efficient coordination between these areas in order to be successful together.
You will be responsible for organising and leading regular meetings with our managers.
As a project manager, you will strategically optimise our processes and create procedural instructions. You will analyse existing processes, identify potential improvements for continuous optimisation and ensure high quality standards.
You are responsible for the planning and preparation of work processes. Depending on the project, you will lead a team of 5-8 employees, coordinate their tasks and ensure the efficient realisation of project goals.
You will receive a thorough induction with a structured programme. Afterwards, you can expect six months of learning-by-doing to further consolidate your skills and successfully grow into your new role.
